Forgot your Password

If you have forgotten your user name and password, you can look them up using your e-mail address or user name.

Remember that your password is case-sensitive.

To retrieve your user name and password:

  1. On the Sign In page, click the Forgot your username or password? link.

  2. In the Username or Email Address field, type your user name or e-mail address.

  3. Click Submit. When your account is found, you'll receive an e-mail with Sign In instructions or information about how to reset your password.

Note: If you do not receive the e-mail, try using a different user name or e-mail address, or contact Pearson Technical Support.

  1. Click Cancel to return to the Sign In screen.
